What is The Brook?
The Brook is a movement of young professional, everyday disciples making disciples for generations to come.
Through digital outreach and in-person events, we help 20s–30s build authentic community, explore faith in non traditional ways, and grow leaders who impact their cities and the world.

We are a collection of young professionals navigating how to have a great life, great relationships, and investigate faith.
Why The Brook?
In most U.S. cities, over 50% of the population is between 20–40 years old—and most are not walking into a church. Yet many are spiritually curious and hungry for purpose.
At The Brook, we meet them where they are. Most people tell us, “I didn’t think there was a place for me in church or in faith anymore.” We get to say, “There is a place for you in The Brook—and in the Kingdom of God.”
Churches often reach kids, youth, and young families well, but today’s reality is that many adults are marrying in their 30s or later, leaving a major gap in ministry. The Brook helps close that gap.
What We’re Looking for in a Church Partner
A church with a heart to impact young professionals across the city
Willingness to champion young adult ministry beyond your own congregation
A leader (or emerging leader) who can build teams and multiply disciples
Capacity to create engaging content (graphics, video) for Instagram
Ability to plan and host Brook social events (note: we permit alcohol in moderation, e.g., a 2-drink limit at happy hours)
What We’re Looking for in a Brook City Leader
A calling to reach young professionals in the city
Capacity to raise funds and build teams
A desire to leverage online platforms to spark real, in-person connections
Openness to a non-traditional model that uses “simple church” while also partnering with the local church
